The 54 keys are structured conservatively — 33 beach villas with private pools and 20 overwater villas, plus a single exclusive Bvlgari Villa on its own islet — and the four-kitchen dining programme is the clearest statement of intent: Niko Romito's Il Ristorante carries over from the brand's Roman flagship, with Japanese (Hōseki), Chinese (Bao Li Xuan), and a more relaxed tapas concept (La Spiaggia) filling out the calendar.
